Personality:
Crescent Apple is an outgoing young colt, who is super adventurous just like both of his parents. He's a total sweetheart,  but at times he can be a bit of a smart ass, as well as his sass ability is off the charts. But despite that, he's a good kid who just wants to have fun and be with his friends. Despite his small size however he is very strong, but he unlike most small ponies isn't very feisty, he's level-headed and prefers to talk his way out of things. He loves his friends and family, and would do anything for them. His two best friends however, Chiptune Crescendo and Rainy Skies he loves and cares for to death (not in a romantic way though, like in a family way). He's the eldest of the trio, and considers them both his little sisters who he must care and protect. He can be and overprotective big brother to them, and because of this he's the pseudo leader of the group just like his mother was before him.
    His relationship with his mom is very good, she encourages him to go on his adventures with his friends and gives him ideas for potential Cutie mark quest ideas. Apple Bloom and Crescent butt heads every so often, and tries to encourage her son not to get into too much trouble, as well as to tone down his sass (knowing full well that it came directly from her). She really loves and adores her son, and he completely reciprocates those feelings back to her. Apple Bloom also gave him his ever so important black bow which he cherishes greatly. His relationship with his father is just as good, and they relate to each other the most (he got his accent from him so it only makes sense). They love to talk about travel as well as actually traveling, they also just enjoy life and have fun. His father passed onto his son the love and adoration for Princess Luna, which in turn leads them to love to talk about the stars and her night together (they are super dorks together). He trusts his father, and talks to him about everything but despite their super awesome relationship, they argue from time to time because of what and where he and friends go off to adventures. He's just super concerned, but Crescent feels like he's being babied because he's small which to his dismay he is (especially with his mom's side of the family). Despite this, he's a fun loving dorky kid who has a British accent but uses (as Applejack says) Countryisms.
Special Talent/ Abilities:
No special talent yet, but posses immense strength, not only for a colt of his size, but for a colt (and even some stallions). He also very intelligent and good with words.

Relationship with other characters:
Harmonia: These two don't know each other at all really, but when they do talk it friendly

Cupcake Cannon: They kind of know each other, mostly due to the fact that the new CMC often try to bake things with her mother (and they often make explosions). But Cupcake does find him super adorable though.

Crab Apple:These two are cousins to the core, and they love to spend time together. Crab Apple is often dragged into the CMC's shenanigans, and goes on their mini-adventures. They love and care for each other and spend time together often.

Apple Leaves: Similar to Crab Apple, these two are very close. Apple Leaves also tries to give suggestions on what the CMC should do, and also ensures to assist them with anything that they do that has to do with the farm. Apple Leaves is often slated to babysit the CMC and they love spending time with the big guy. Crescent Apple also tries to help Apple Leaves with his social anxiety.

Spectrum Skies: These two know each other via Rainy Skies, other than that they aren't that close. But they love nerdy stuff and talk about that often.

Aquamarine: She really enjoys his company and thanks to her little cousin Chiptune, they spend a lot of time together and she considers him another little cousin.
