I see improvements since the first page! I think what you need to work on the most is:
-Use a ruler when you draw your lines. Or you could use the line tool in Photoshop to make them
- Put spaces in between your panels so they can breath and so everything is not all crammed together
- Make your text in Photoshop, not by hand. If you need help with that, you can ask me.
- Make your lines on a different layer than the color. Do you know how layers work? I have a trick for you. After you scan your page, go to the layer for your lines, right click and select "Duplicate layer". Now you should have 2 layers with your line. On the layer on TOP, set the layer to Multiply. To do this, do you see the word Normal just above the layer? This is a drop-down menu, and in there is Multiply. This will make your lines darker and make colors appear under it. Don't touch that layer anymore.
Now, on the layer below, you still have your lines. Color this one. And your lines will still look good because of the copy that's on top. Try it and you'll understand what I mean. if you need help with that, ask me.
